Fintan is awesome! We've hired him for both purchasing and selling houses and he has never let us down. He's incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He's guided us through many transactions through the years, even while he's been on vacation overseas, staying up till the wee hours to be sure paperwork was delivered on time. Fintan never misses a beat. We'd be hard pressed to find a comparable real estate agent who works so hard for his clients and does so with a delightful brogue and sense of humor.

Fintan helped my husband and I purchase our home almost 20 years ago. So, when I needed to sell a property as a Trustee, there was no question who I'd be using as my Realtor. I highly recommend you choose Fintan for your real estate needs if you are looking for the best. He has an incredible grasp of every facet of what is going on with the market. My wife and I needed to sell our rental house in a short time frame, and had to list it and show it in between a busy rental schedule. Fintan told us exactly what needed to be done and what price to list at, and how he thought the sale would go. We did exactly as he recommended and to our delight everything went just as he predicted. He was always available to talk at any hour, and always with a sense of humor. He was always prompt with scheduled events and so easy to talk to. And when it came to crunch time negotiations, he was cool and calm, never flustered or upset by the hectic back and forth. I can't recommend Fintan enough, he is a great person and the best at what he does. Thank you Fintan!

Fintan is the best realtor around. I met him when he was seller's agent for the apartment building I lived in. He was so kind and respectful of the tenants in the building as he was showing it. A few years later I wanted to buy a house so I called him to be my buyer's agent. He can answer every single question that a first time buyer has. He is right on top of things. The minute you ask a question you get an answer. Being a single person and a first-time buyer everything could have been a lot different. Fintan walked me through the process and held my hand the whole way through the journey. I always felt I was his only client and he truly had my best interest at heart. There are not enough good things I can say about Fintan. If you want top notch, look no further.
